The railway operator Ruscon, belonging the GCS group launched the new block-train from the port of Novorossiysk from December 2011. 

Twice a week it offers delivery of 56 to 64 x 40' containers to the r/w station Tikhonovo in Elabuga, Tatarstan. 

Block-trains depart from the NLE terminal, however containers from the other port terminals of Novorossiysk are accepted too. 

Fixed transit time from Novorossiysk to Tikhonovo is 4 days. 

The main commodity presently carried by Ruscon trains on this route are CKD parts for car-assembly factories in Elabuga.
